What to Expect
On-Ice
With 8 on-ice sessions of intense training, players will experience a unique approach to developing their powerskating, edge work, stickhandling, and shooting. Our focus on improving hockey IQ will bring your game to the next level.
Dry Land
8 hours of off-ice training with a focus on bodyweight exercises and movements that specifically target the muscles used in hockey. Designed to help build strength, agility, explosiveness, and core stability. We also incorporate off-ice stickhandling and shooting drills to improve your puck control and scoring ability on the ice.
Power 1
Advanced players, Bantam, Midget, and High School ages.
Power 2
Intermediate players, Squirt and PeeWee.
Power 3
Beginner players, 6-8U players, and skaters wanting to learn hockey basics.

Power 1 & 2: (includes 8 hour-long on-ice sessions, 8 hour-long dry land sessions, and a jersey) - $485

Power 3: (includes 4 hour-long on-ice sessions and a jersey) - $200
*Pay online or in-person. In-person cash or checks accepted prior to the start of the camp. Make checks payable to Switzer & Co. Hockey Headquarters.
